By Car & Ferry
From Vancouver: Take the BC Ferries Horseshoe Bay to Langdale service (40 min), then drive Highway 101 north through Gibsons, Sechelt, and Earls Cove. Take the Earls Cove to Saltery Bay ferry (50 min), then continue north on Hwy 101 through Powell River to the resort.
From Powell River: Drive north on Hwy 101 toward Lund. The resort is approximately 30 minutes north of Powell River.
By Air

The resort has its own private dock — arrive by water, tie up, and head straight to your chalet. Desolation Sound Marine Park is minutes away.
Trailered vessels can launch at the Okeover Landing government ramp, a short walk from the resort. Moorage arrangements can be made in advance.
Okeover Inlet also offers protected anchorage and a government dock at Okeover Landing for additional moorage options.

Yes, free parking is available on-site for all resort guests.
Is the road to the resort paved?
Yes, the route to the resort via Highway 101 and Dawson Road is fully paved and accessible by all standard vehicles.
Is there cell phone coverage near the resort?
Cell coverage is limited near the resort. We recommend downloading offline maps (such as Google Maps or Maps.me) before you leave Powell River, and letting family know you may be unreachable. The resort has Wi-Fi available for guests.
Are there grocery stores or gas stations near the resort?
Powell River (approximately 30 minutes south) has full grocery stores, gas stations, and services. We recommend stocking up in Powell River before arriving — options become limited further north toward Lund.
How long does it take to drive from the Saltery Bay ferry terminal to the resort?
From the Saltery Bay ferry terminal, the drive through Powell River to the resort takes approximately 45–60 minutes depending on stops.
